1.How much is a cord of wood?
A full cord measures four feet high by four feet wide by eight feet long (4 ft. x 4 ft. x 8 ft.) and has a volume of 128 cubic feet. We cut our pieces at a length of 16 inches so when we stack a cord its three 8 ft. long 4ft. high rows. If firewood is not stacked in 4x4x8 dimensions you can calculate how many cords of wood is stacked by multiplying Width x Height x Length and divide that by 128. That will tell you how many cords you have.
